It seems like a phone, only more sturdier and with more features. Anyone have any theories as to what it really is? Weltall Posted January 22, 2018 Report Share Posted January 22, 2018 That seems to be pretty much what they are; smartphones with some fancy additional features which run on a specialized network. Knighthawk offhandedly mentions in Calamity that they're Epic-derived technology which can explain many things about them.
