Can you compound Surgebinding?

So we now know that Honorblades grant surgebinding powers, although at a much less efficient level, but now that Kaladin has Jezrien's blade, can he augment his own powers with it? Or if he got Nalan's blade, would he be super powerful with basic and reverse lashings but normal with the other one?
