ketek Keteks for all!

This thread will be dedicated to the holy Vorin poetry form, a ketek. They must read the same forward and backward, but you can alter verb forms. Please promote this thread, because there isn't much about the ketek on this site, and I love this poetry so much, so let's try and fill this to the brim. Make keteks about life experiences, characters, or anything. My ketek below is about forgiveness.

I think the Ketek form is really neat too, here is a Meta-ketek that exposes one of the features that makes this such an interesting form:

I'm just going to argue that English doesn't lend itself as well to Keteks as Alethi does.

I like it, but try to use the middle word only once. Great idea though!

The death rattle ones are so good.

The last one is my favourite because in the reversal contextualises the narrator's grief to be something personal, not just than just witnessing death. And you've made it feel so natural the whole way through, despite the reversal. Absolutely well done.

I didn't realize you could change up verb forms, so it took me a while to write this: Mountains rise, cities fall, beneath stars, humans crawl. Crawl humans, stars beneath, fall cities, rise mountains

The Ketek is such a beautiful and high minded art form that it seems truly remarkable that there hasn't been at least one fart joke so far, so here is my humble attempt to lower this art form for the enjoyment of the common man.

If the middle word is doubled, it's still symmetrical and valid. The main part most people forget, is that a ketek should be able to be split into 5 pieces that are self contained thoughts.

-This second one here is a Ketek questioning its own existence. I know it has 3 parts instead of the traditional 5, but it should still get points on solely philosophical basis alone.

Oh interesting thanks for explaining Keteks! It kind of reminds me of Chiasmus. Making them seems kind of difficult though, might have to try later.
