It would be far too much direct interference for his character, and too far out of left field to be believable from a writing perspective. Nvita11 Posted December 15, 2017 Author Posted December 15, 2017 Well mostly I was just wondering who was going to be the third shard to give the power to the bond smith because there is honor through the storm father and cultivation will have nightwatcher bond with someone and I thought maybe hoid could be the third shard and maybe he grabbed it after the shattering because I don’t think odium would have a bond Smith

So if a third shard is involved, it would have to be Odium. That said, we do not have confirmation that the Shards are directly involved in any way. The Bondsmiths are chosen by three different spren.
