Ammanas
I know that there are some fans of his on this site and was wondering the best place to start with his books. It looks like he has written about 75 or so books and several series. I was thinking of starting the Imager Portfolio series and was hoping someone could list the pros and cons of each series that he has written. Thanks!
Briar King
I know of no Pros to the 100 pgs I read of Recluse 1 before putting it down. Ha
Modal Seoul he/him
I recommend Imager. His books tend to be more on the descriptive side, and it does feel a little slow at times. But I like his premises. (Also, one of the Imager books is dedicated to my grandparents, so that's cool)
Ammanas
Do you feel that it was for a younger audience @Briar King? What did you not like about it?
Briar King
No it’s not YA feeling. I just wasn’t enthralled with the story telling at the time and was quickly bored. I fully intend to attempt it again at some point in my life.
