The name is familiar, but I don't have the time to go through the books searching for it. Can someone please post all previous references to it? Iirc, it used to exist, but ceased existing when Honor died? Or is it the perpendicularity that moves around?

It's likely the perpendicularity that moves around while a highstorm is raging across the land. Quote “There’s supposedly another perpendicularity,” Azure said. “It’s unpredictable and dangerous, and appears randomly in different places. My guides warned against trying to hunt it.”
