Email Notifications

So before I had my notification settings on and I received an email every time someone posted on a thread I followed or sent me a PM. Needless to say, my inbox became clogged up with 17th Shard emails. I then went to settings and put in the "no notifications" thing on, but I am still getting heaps of emails every time someone posts something. Am I doing something wrong, or is there any other way to get the emails to stop coming?

Make sure your notification settings are correct?

On the page that Argent linked make sure you have "e-mail" turned off everywhere. 

You can also turn off automatic following of things you post in.
