Jarryd Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 When Highprince Roion died after being lashed upwards, what happened to his shard blade? Did his body come down eventually or are he and the blade floating in roshar space? Assuming he died of lack of oxygen before leaving the atmosphere, then did blade materialise beside his corpse and fall to land in the shattered plains? Is there just a random shard blade up for grabs in the middle of the shattered plains 2
Wreith he/him Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 I don't think Roion had a shardblade. He came at Szeth with a traditional Alethi side sword that the assassin promptly sliced through.
Metalrift Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 I don't think he had a shardblade. If he had one, he would have used it rather than an ordinary sword. Also, IIRC he was still screaming when he hit the ground, so he died then. If he had a shardblade it would have appeared. I don't think he had a Shardblade. 1
