I have the tiny problem of needing to search the books for food, which is hard with audiobooks. If anyone wants to ask for specific foods, or to pitch in, I'd love to collaborate! I have recipe skeletons for some foods, like the chouta mentioned here, and the Rithmatist Italian-JoSeun Stirfry Spaghetti and Meatballs, and anything you can find or remember about foods you liked, or any input about what you thought of a certain cuisine, will greatly help me.
