Allomancy on Roshar

Sorry if this has been answered in the past (I tried to search for it) but has allomancy been used in the SA?  I heard that it has but have never been able to catch it. Also, besides Yolish lightweaving have other forms of investiture been used in the SA?

 It's Shallan's flashback to the fair, where she meets Wit as a child. He talks to her dad and downs a vial of liquid that she at first thinks is poison. The idea is there were metal flakes and he was using emotional allomancy.

Other investiture? Wit and Zahel have Breath. The sand in Mraize's collection is white so probably charged sand from Taldain.
