Eritrobo Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 Hi guys, I've been lurking this forums for a while now *shamespren appear* and I just got the courage to post to introduce myself: I'm a Sanderfan hailing from México. I've read everything Brandon has published but my favorite characters are from The Stormlight Archive. Mistborn was my introduction to the Cosmere and coming off of that I read everything Sanderson I could get my hands on. I just want to tell you that this forum has expanded the Cosmere experience for me immensely and I salute you for that *crosses fists* Bridge Four! Maybe maladroitly but there you go! Eritrobo 1
Rebecca she/her Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 Welcome @Eritrobo! It's great to have you here. What is you favorite Sanderson book? (can be cosmere or not) 1
Eritrobo Posted August 4, 2017 Author Posted August 4, 2017 (edited) @Rebecca Thanks for the tight spot! Favorite book (based of rereadings) definitely WoR, but I feel bad saying this as other novels are getting offended in my mind. Favorite Novella I think it would be Emperor's Soul... no wait, Sixth of the Dusk? Idk jajajaj... I'm in love with almost everything this man does, I started reading Alcatraz to gauge my niece's ability to read it (I'm trying to get everyone some Sanderson!) thinking I wouldn't get into it, being targeted towards younger people (I'm 32) and also fell in love with the characters; ended up reading everything. Not relating to the cosmere my favorite is Legion... aaaand now I realize I'm rambling jajaja sorry for not giving you a solid straight answer. Edited August 4, 2017 by Eritrobo
Rebecca she/her Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 That's really cool @Eritrobo! And don't worry about not having a solid answer. I have to agree that all his book are amazing, so it can be difficult to choose a favorite. Also, I'm having trouble deciding which of Brandon's books to read next. I'm 15 years old, and I've heard that Alcatraz is really good. Would you recommend it?
Eritrobo Posted August 4, 2017 Author Posted August 4, 2017 For sure. Witty, funny, easy read! If you have the chance give it a try! and beware of those evil librarians!
