Betrail
So was listening to the way of kings when i hear Drehy.. (Member of bridge 4) Kaladin pulls an entire volley of arrows into his shield, bridge 4 then sets down the bridge and goes awestruck. Drehy then comments "By the bright colors rays!" Following dialoge continues... however, to me this sounds a lot like someone from warbreaker. Possible world hopper? Or anyone already find him already again couldn't find his name spelt correctly. I hadn't paid attention to him till just then dispite about 50 rereads Edited June 11, 2017 by Betrail
Spoolofwhool
I presume this dialogue section: Quote Over a hundred arrows. An entire volley. Pulled into a single shield. “By the Brightcaller’s rays,” Drehy said softly. “What … what was …” “It was like a fountain of light,” Moash said, kneeling beside Kaladin. “Like the sun itself burst from you, Kaladin.” - Way of Kings, Chapter 67 The actual word is Brightcaller, not bright colors, so not as strongly pointed at Roshar. It's possible he's a worldhopper. Kind of weird that someone good enough to be a worldhopper would let themselves get stuck in a bridge crew. In any case, he apparently is from a place on Roshar called Rianal, though it's possible that he's lying about that. Quote Several of the bridgemen seemed confused by what Kaladin had said about emotions, though Teft just raised an eyebrow and Moash yawned. “What do you mean?” Drehy asked. He was a lanky blond man, longlimbed and muscled. He spoke with a faint accent; he was from somewhere far to the west, called Rianal. - Way of Kings, Chapter 49

Betrail
Oh well yeah that would be a good reason that no one has said anything about that thanks for the clarification! As for worldhoppers dieing I would be very interested in that, as they may not know what is dangerous due to not being grown up around there- and i wouldn't expect the to all be immortal. They may not have the time to do a study as some can. So i would place any death that seems commonplace suspicious.
echaozh he/him
Could Drehy be from Taldain, with Brightcaller being one of Bavadin's personalities? Drehy has blond hair, and the sun has rays.
