Either one of these pretty much does this by itself (steel technical doesn't, but it has to have some mental components to process your movement speed, otherwise anyone use f-steel would kill themselves crashing into things). Using them together would be exceptionally difficult though, and pretty much be wasting one or the other. The bendalloy bubble is stationary, so there's really no need to use steel while you're inside it. And if your going to be moving with steel, why make a stationary bendalloy bubble? If you really wanted to compound the effects for purposes of perception you'd want bendalloy and mental speed.
Steeldancer he/him Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 The best cosmere way to make a "Flash" is to take a Steel Compounder, and make them either a Dustbringer or a Edgedancer. My nickname for him: Steeldancer.
