What was first: Cosmere or Adonalsium

So I have a simple question. Or more like a couple of questions but about the same thing. 

Did Adonalsium create Cosmere?

Did Cosmere exist before Adonalsium?

Or where Cosmere and Adonalsium created simultaneously by something else? (The God Beyond?)

Cosmere I should think. The Cosmere is a dwarf galaxy, 

And well, if we put that whole Big Bang crap into this, then yeah, cosmere first. Then perhaps God Beyond invested in it alot. or something

We don't really know for sure, although we suspect Adolnasium at least created most of the life in the Cosmere (Roshar in particular we know was designed by him very intentionally), but we don't know if Yolen and its sapient races were all created by Adolnasium, for instance. I'm of the opinion he probably did create everything in the Cosmere, or at least all of the life, but I don't even know if anyone's asked Brandon that.
