Does this sound like a Sanderson Book...

I read a sample chapter of a book once and was going to buy and can't remember the name.  The general idea was about a leader (wizard) who was traveling around the land in a moving fortress....  Does this sound familiar at all?  I know its a long shot.  Thanks.

No thats not it I feel like the sample chapter was a guy speaking to one of his generals and the moving fortress had like a glass dome on it...

Only thing I can think of that remotely starts like this is Sanderson's Perfect State but he moved around on a platform deal. 

Edit @bstud268 I read the first chapter of Perfect State again and it is very similar to what you are describing.

Great glad to help! Btw its a good story. A little different than most of Brandon's work but I enjoyed it.
