I think it's worth mentioning that in Mr. T's interlude he mentions that he doesn't have the resources to take on an Unmade, presumably because it is so difficult/dangerous. In my opinion this supports the theory of the Unmade being the demigods, as well as Desolation giving Nale ample opportunity to meet and defeat multiple Unmade multiple times.

Maybe. You could make an argument for Radiants being demigods (though I find that somewhat dubious), but only because they are humans bonded with Splinters, and we have an example, in the Returned, of a Splinter/human bond producing something that could accurately be called a demigod. That, however, is a bond where the human and Splinter essentially become one being. On the other end of the spectrum, we have the Splinter/human bond on Sel, where non-Elantrians bonded to seons are certainly not demigods. Radiants seem to be somewhere in between. Nalan's state of mind being what it is, it might be valid to interpret the things he says in a lot of different ways, but I would wager that he understands the workings of the Cosmere well enough that he himself would not call a Radiant a demigod.

(what about Scardinalians?

We don't know what history occurred before the Lord Ruler's Ascension or how the earlier Slivers of Preservation used the Well's power.  Nalan could have killed a world hopper centuries earlier.)

Colors, how do you insert a spoiler bar?

@Sheridan_rd, you use [-spoiler] (spoilered text) [-/spoiler], just without the "-" marks.

As for the theoretical Scadrian worldhoppers, I don't know if it would be possible for them to take Well's power beyond Scadrial, considering how invested Preservation is in the planet. This being said, if they modified their sDNA the same way Lord Ruler did and used their moment of absolute power to figure out how to worldhop with allomancy/feruchemy, they might go on a worldhopping journey. But then, why would Nalan kill them?

Well chasmfiends are considered gods by Parshendii. So depends on definition rly powerful voidbringer could be considered demigod too.

Actually they're really not.  When Shallan is reading up on the Parshendi, she (via the narrator) says that the chasmfiends being the Parshendi's gods was an assumption made by the Alethi, not something that the the Parshendi explicitly explained to them.  It's far more likely that their "gods" are the spren, especially considering Gavilar was apparently talking about the return of their gods.   Chasmfiends never exactly left.

Anyone else pickup on this? Any thoughts or speculations?

Demigods? What do you think Nale is referring to? Possible in-fighting among Heralds? Or does Odium have his own set of Heralds?

Or was Nale mistakenly referring to Vasher? "Mistakenly" in the sense that Vasher is still alive.

I was curious about who he killed too but now much more curious about the passing Vasher reference.

I know he’s on Roshar and I know he wants nightblood back and that Szeth currently has nightblood, etc etc

but have I missed an encounter between Nale and Vasher?

... I’m unclear how to add spoiler tags and figuring this is probably well know enough not to botch anything too badly if I do it wrong.. the rules and etiquette post just says “add spoiler tags” without instructions. Perhaps I will know the tags to type in my mind as my spren becomes more bonded with me? Lol

Warbreaker and Edgedancer spoilers

Spoiler

Oh no, this was just speculation on my part. We have no confirmation that they ever met. I was just speculating because word of Brandon is that Vasher arrived on Roshar with Nightblood. He no longer has Nightblood now, Nale has it. That's why I thought they might have met.
