Aristo Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 (edited) I finished Warbreaker last night, and when I'd gotten to Llarimar's revealing, I couldn't help bit blink away a tear. I'm not usually someone who gets emotional about fiction, but the way it was written, and all the interaction between the two up to that point sent me down the feels river. Looking back, now it's clear why Llarimar never got visibly frustrated with him and went along with his shenanigans. "You are a god." I'm not crying, you're crying! A Secret Corner he/him Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 Hello, and glad to hear you enjoyed Warbreaker... especially there at the end, it shows the mark of Sanderson... By the way, would you like some cookies?
1stBondsmith he/him Posted October 28, 2016 Posted October 28, 2016 Brothers will do amazing things, in patience for their siblings. Is made my eyes sweat a little to. I hate doing that in Shardplate!

DON'T TAKE THE COOKIES, I'VE BEEN DOWN THIS ROAD But that reveal along with when Syl returns to Kaladin are probably tied for me as the most moving moments in Cosmere so far.

Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 Same thing actually happened to me @Aristo I am not alone XD
Shardmonk he/him Posted October 30, 2016 Posted October 30, 2016 I think that scene is the first time I've cried thanks to a book. Though I was sick at the time, so clearly that was the true cause. I don't cry.
