Personally,mI don think he would have. (plus it's too painful to think of). I think Kel would have known that Breeze had (mostly) turned away from that life. Proof of that is how long he hasn't been acting as a noble, and living as a skaa, and even opposing the Lord Ruler. While Breeze certainly has some mannerisms of the nobility, his larger scale actions (opposing the Lord Ruler ect) could probably discount this 

I think Kel would loose a lot of trust in Breeze, probably tell somebody to watch his movements, but I don't think that it would have been completley destroyed, and that it could be built up again.

Dockson also acts like a Nobleman even though he's just skaa. Marsh and Kelsier himself lived as a noble for awhile before getting ratted out by their own father. And breeze has the same motive of opposing Final Empire as much as possible.
