Bands of Mourning replication?

So I don't know if anyone has discussed this possibility before, but the Bands of Mourning seem like they could be replicated relatively easily for an artifact of that magnitude of power

Step 1. Create an exact physical copy of the bands

Step 2. Compound Nicrosil and put the extra investiture into the new copy

Step 3. Profit??

Yes the BoM is capable of autoreplicate itself if and to generate everykind of Medallion if the user is skilled enough (because I imagine it's a quite hard to decide what part of Spiritweb Store).

Now the Kandra have something like an Industrial Revolution in their hands (or whatever appendices they want to use)

Only, the Kandra can't use it as they can't make use of feruchemy and allomancy.

They can... Melaan used A Medallion not unlike the Band and Paalm showed us that a Kandra with the right Spirit Web may use Allomancy or Feruchemy (well we have also an old WoB but I think book's proof is better)
