If they ever decide to make an Alloy of Law movie i think this guy would make an awesome Wax!

That is Josh Hartnett, dunno, to me he seems too young/unweathered for my mental picture of Wax. He fits the cleaned up Elendel version I guess, but I also don't know if he have the emotional depth to show the horror and heartbreak of the opening scene as well as it deserves... My 2clips obviously...

Your right he doesn't look rough and tumble like i imaged either. I thought Christan Kane would make a good Wax, hes good at playing characters with troubled pasts but then i thought he would pop a blood vessel half way thru and end up shooting everyone in sight!

That's no coincidence. W&W books are written in more 'cinematic' way than original trilogy.

I don't know, I think the first trilogy could make good movies. They would have to not include some things though, because the books are really long.
