There were spaced so far apart in the books, it was hard to find any continuity in them unless you went back and read them again. Does anyone know of any secrets, or are there any WoB regarding those stories?
Voidus Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Just pieces of worldbuilding and occasionally some little hints that might have significance to us but not really to the average reader, there's nothing in there that you need to read to understand the plots.
WeiryWriter he/him Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 The broadsheet pages are mostly just a supplementary thing, another way to experience the world of Mistborn independently of the viewpoint of the main characters. There are easter eggs and some foreshadowing in them, but they aren't necessary to read. Them being split up is an unfortunate consequence of the layout of the books, but there are complete versions of each available on Brandon's site (Alloy, Shadows, Bands)
