What would a cognitive bead look like if it was taken to a different planet?

Take the stones of the IRE keep, if one was turned back into bead form, would it look like a ball of mist, or whatever the beads of Sel look like? My guess is the second.
Also what if a physical object is taken from Roshar to Scadrial, would it look like mist or glass in the cognitive realm. Maybe to start with it would look like glass, but overtime as more Scadrialains see the object it would change to mist.
