I haven't seen anyone mention the strange lady that Wax danced with at lady Kelesina's party. Pretty sure she is the one who is writing the Ars Arcanum. Reasoning? Who else in that world would know what red shift is? Talks about the things that are IN the arcanum at the end of BoM. She is studying combinations on Scadrial, like she has done on roshar to a small extent.
I do believe we now have confirmation of her identity.
