Possible New Shard Name [Secret History Spoilers]

So after just finishing Secret History one thing really stuck out to me. While the IRE were talking they mentioned someone drawing upon capital F Fortune. Maybe a lil early to speculate but this for some reason feels like the name of a Shard to me.

Fortune is a Feruchemical attribute. They could just as easily be talking about that. Also, it doesn't really fit the naming scheme for Shards.
