Bear with me on this one One: Necrosil feruchemist puts investiture into a necrosil spike Two: The spike is then used on someone who is a cadmium or bendalloy misting We now have an invested necrosil spike with the powers of someone who can bend time. Perhaps this could be used in some sort of machine to create a stasis pod or a ftl field. A long shot but ya know.
