Alright, so after that nice Autumn post the question is wheter we get a Vapor post next or have a Orange Crush post and if the next cut is the interview start or if we take something inbetween.

Oh and Voidus, do you have an Epic fitting the title of Fruit NInja?

I think we should just cut to the start. No need for more build-up on this thing, right? After all, it's a pretty minor event. I'd even suggest that we don't do repeat perspectives on it.

Sure, you want to take them getting there then?

I actually already had an Epic called Fruit Ninja I think. :P

Fruit Ninja

Primary Power: Invisibility. Fruit Ninja can become completely invisible, able to completely hide his presence from detection.

Secondary Power: Fruit-linked teleportation. By touching any fruit, Fruit Ninja can instantaneously teleport to any fruit that came from the same tree.

Tertiary power: Fruit Salad Treeification- Fruit Ninja can conjure up a variety of fruit trees, even creating impossible combination trees that bear multiple different kinds of fruit.

Perfect. you truly are the Epic maker of legends. :P

By the way, it's a minor detail but would shifting kinetic energy actually help with someone not pulling out their arm?

*Tips hat*

I'm not sure, it depends exactly how you did it. If he shifted Emma's momentum into him so she didn't need to pull as much I guess it could work, but then her arm would just get yanked the other way.  If they were both very prepared they could probably manage it, without planning it out in advance I'd say it's unlikely that it would work out well but I'm happy to suspend disbelief on that count.

Only giving credit where credit is due.

I remember when I noticed my name up there. Good times. Now do as your job description entails and lead all to insanity.

Ok everyone, follow me to the actual cannibal ScribblerLabeouf cave.

In other news, I have discovered a possible origin of Doctor Funtimes' name! AN episode of Gravity Falls, in which a teen tells Dipper "Your new name is Doctor Funtimes." Given our lovely GM's enjoyment of the show, could this be the source of our favorite matter manipulator's Epic moniker?

I was wondering when you'd all catch on.

Can I include mechs tromping through the city in my next Clarence post, or should I just wait for Blackhoof?

Of course, if you want me ti avoid double posting, someone else could get something up in Portland.

It does seem like walking mechs are a bit early, especially given which part of town he'd be in. Although I can sympathize with wanting someone to post in Portland.

My life is a lie.

Backtrack post coming soon, featuring a no-dialogue cameo from Nighthound and Lucentia. Edge, I was going to have them pass through a small outdoor marketplace on their way to their destination, which Backtrack would witness. Would they steal any food as they passed by? I don't recall any of them having breakfast.

Life is cruel. -_-

They might as well. They wouldn't take the time to search it for anything but if it still is in good enough condition to have something decent lay out there in the open (which is pretty unlikely all things considered) there's no reason for them not to take it.

Plenty of people in the city have taken to growing gardens of various kinds, like in various poor neighborhoods around the United States. (At least, that's the only way I can think of for the decent Portland population we've thus far depicted to stay fed.) There'd be vegetables, some fruits, eggs, and probably a bit of chicken and pigeon.

Today, I made something beautiful.   :D

Finally, the perfect way to warn strangers about the perils of Oregon Epics.

Sure, I just find it unlikely that such a market would be right next to a museum that used to be the hideout of a violent gang of Epics or did you mean to have Backtrack trail them for a time afterwards?

I wasn't thinking of it as being terribly close to the Museum--just located somewhere along the route between the MoNA and wherever Team Awful is going.

(Though now that I think about it, it's not terribly implausible for the market to have been located close to the museum. The quartet there might have guaranteed some modicum of security in exchange for having a stable source of fruits, meats, and vegetables on hand, like every other successful gang of vicious warlords in history. It wouldn't be ideal but hey, few things in the Reckonerverse are. A lot of Epics are murderous, but only the absolute dumbest will kill all the food suppliers in their area and repeatedly force themselves to move lairs into more agricultural areas.)

Back on track, I won't have them appear if you find it implausible. I just like weaving character posts together as much as humanly possible. :P

yeah id like it if you waited please, the mechs haven't been launched yet. I plan to make a CM post sending them out around the time the Neverthere fight happens :)

Random thought--I wonder how many rural Epics starve or froze to death when they killed everyone in their town and realized too late that there was no one left to grow food or cut firewood.

This very nearly happened to Bioterror, luckily he has a healing factor that kept him somewhat living long enough to relocate to a new town and now he's decided to just move to the city.

I'll take all of them that you have, wait until the What Happened in Oregon tv show comes out and sell them all (except two for myself) like the precious merchandise that they are. This plan, it is foolproof. :P

Also, if someone went through the trouble of reading the whole shirt, they would grow increasingly more confused, until they saw Taylor Swift's name, where they would just stare blankly.

So, I guess we're back to the part where I ask how Backtrack would have seen him? There's also the problem that they would split up fairly quickly.

(Possible, but they didn't exactly strike me like the type.)

Well, isn't he a lucky one. Let's just hope he won't decide to give a lecture about the benefits of canibalism. <_<

Fun Bioterror fact: He almost started a motif of eating the hearts of the people he killed publicly. Unfortunately he killed too many and didn't have time to eat them all so he abandoned this plan.

(This fact brought to you by the terrible Epic fact file of Voidus)

Well if he did some people might be able to run away before he sees and murders them so maybe not good.
