Not only it keeps a spoiler out of the title—I'm sure there are people out there who still didn't read the entire Mistborn trilogy—but it's more consistent with the in-book lore. 1

I'm not done with Hero of Ages yet, only Storm light and Elantris. I came to the forums to look up an Elantris question and ostrichofevil's Spoiler in the title post Ruined (no pun intended) what's coming up.
