Metronome is indeed deathly afraid of lambs. :P

So, a petting zoo is the one place Backtrack can show off his courage to a rival Epic?

Posted

MV will be SO impressed.

Hey, lambs can be scary! I've been bitten by lambs before, and let me tell you, they chomp harder than you might think.

Posted

MV then proceeded to cuddle up to the lamb herself and decided it was a way better boyfriend than Backtrack. :P

Posted

So if he ate a lamb chop, would it negate his powers, or would he relish the chance to prove his superiority over his longtime foe?

That depends if a certain Necromancer then reanimated the chop into a terrifying, terrifying lamb or if it stayed dead :P

His archnemesis is a little girl named Mary.

Ou can't really blame him for being afraid of Mary, can you? :P

Not that Mary, all she can do is rip the blood from your body and drown you in it.

The other mary has...

A whole flock of...

No I can't even finish, it's too terrifying to say!

Please, Bloody Mary could totally take control of an entire sheep army. Anyway, I guess that means you meant the sheep Merry Nightmare.

You know the scary one. :P

Yay new anime to try :P

Yay new anime to try :P

As a fair warning, the anime has a Gecko ending, diverging from the manga and setting up a second season that never happened. -_- You might just want to look into the manga straight away.

If I read source material it's usually Light Novels rather than manga, but I'll keep it in mind, I've made exceptions before.

Anyone getting up to much this weekend? I'm taking a break from writing hundreds of Epic backstories and doing a bit of coding. I find it oddly relaxing.

Not much for me. Just a 21st and a day-long game of Game of thrones Risk!

I'm honestly stuck for an idea for a High Epic to rule my home town of Geelong.

Anyone have any High Epic ideas that might inspire me?

Well, it's an 13 episodes anime without a proper ending (and way to little Chaser John Doe) against an about 80 chapters right now I think manga that's still going (with all the Chaser John Doe). I guess you could watch like the first couple episodes or so and then switch over.

Nah, I had a bit of a though work week, so unless I'm up for the RP, I won't be doing anything important this weekend.

Not gonna lie that seems like about the most awesome thing you could do on a weekend.

*Rubs hands gleefully*

Epic ideas you say?

Care to step into my office? (No spikes this time, Lurkers oath)

About that office, any ideas for emulating a pile bunker? The basic idea seems simple, on impact inject destructive magic stuff into the target but that sounds like a bit of an imprecise power description.

This has nothing to do with anything.

I have to disagree, this has something to do with everything. Clearly, these pugs hold the key to dominating the world... also pug dragons.

On an note unrelated to these puglords but related to the game. Did i ever establish if Nighthound can do the whole re-attach a cut limb trick? Because if i haven't I think I'm doing that now.

Cool note about healing PIs that I didn't realize until now: suffocation wouldn't work on them (if the healing is strong enough), since their cells could just regenerate from any damage caused by oxygen deprivation.  That would mean that, even in a zero oxygen environment, they would be fine (again, as long as the healing factor is strong enough).

Anyways, if suffocation wasn't already crossed off of your list of ways to kill Nighthound, you probably should do that now.

I would, however, like to note that Mt. St. Helens is only a 1.5 hour drive away from Portland.

Yeah, immunity to things such as suffocation was already part of his first profile, which I should rewrite actually, after canon forced a couple of detail changes.

Ah vulcanos, the joy they can bring to our lives... by destryoing nighthound.

Now I just want to see a scene where Nighthound just walks through a body of water without bothering to hold his breath.   Maybe if Lucentia brings him back to Astoria at some point, he can walk across the bay.

Could he survive in space?  I'm guessing he couldn't do much once he's up there, but if he can regenerate from the cold and lack of air, I see no reason why he couldn't...

Lava though... Shiny Sparkle or Funtimes wouldn't be interested in a field trip would they?
