i think im in the right place but i can't figure what you cant access without being logged in.

If it is, I don't understand number 4. Help, please? I think it's a footnote, but why black? And which one, where?

 

If it's, say, fRR's footnote that she has gotten rid of, then could someone post the answer here to keep the possibility going?
