The recipient is referred to in the Letter as "you old reptile" which was the reason for the original theory that the recipient was a Dragon. Then someone asked Brandon about it and he confirmed the recipient was a dragon. I'm looking for the signing report right now. I was about to post a theory that the shattered plains was the site of the shattering of adonalsium! I like this theory a lot, especially based on recent WoB.
