Kobold King he/him Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 Out of curiosity, how often do your cats end up bringing their prey home? Depends. Most of the year, hardly ever. Here lately, when the mice are breeding and there are baby mice leaving their holes all the time... almost every day.
Edgedancer he/him Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 151 plus togepi and Ho-oh since they're in the first gen anime. (Although actually when I checked I didn't do Ho-oh so doing that now ) Not gonna lie, that's a weird was to be purist about it. (Then again I have a couple of gen1 plushies sitting around my room. ) So, it may be a bit early to plan this but when do you think would be a good time to start the Neverthere/Nighthound fake ambush plan?

Did I ever give the impression that I wasn't weird? If so let me correct it. I'm good with whenever, other than a rendevous with Timeport at some point she doesn't have much planned for the day. Does anyone think there's room in a thread for Snorlax: The passively heavy Epic who heals by falling asleep? Or Abra the Narcoleptic teleporter? 2

I guess it would depend on how much free time Nighthound gets from Lightwards. Which one wouldn't want them? (By the way, did you hear anything from Quiver and Gylf?) 1

Voidus Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 Adventurer and Bioterror posts up, now that Sirce's left I think the Adventurer and Lockvault should probably meet with some other characters, might get a bit boring just having conversations with myself. (Unless you're PP in which case you can have awesome conversations with yourself)

Free tickets for anyone spending their time with Bloody Mary. (It's your turn then, Winter. ) And meanwhile I wonder how Nighthound and Timeport will/would get along. Neverthere would potentially leak the information that she's meeting someone from the Dominion and travel by foot with Nighthound rather than just Projecting there. I think she could deduce that Nighthound is more in it for himself rather than out of loyalty to the Empire.

(Then again I have a couple of gen1 plushies sitting around my room. ) I was a Generation II kid, so I still maintain that Gold/Silver were awesome games. In fact, I'm of the opinion that Pokemon didn't really go bad until Generation 4. I didn't bother buying the Generation 5 games, but my older brother (who was really into the metagame at the time) got me back in during Generation 6, and they've actually turned out to be really good. They've focused on recycling the old 'Mons instead of creating an entire roster of a few hundred new ones, and new effects of the Destiny Knot and EV-enhancing items make competitive breeding way easier for older players. 1

Voidus Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 So I really wanted to RP some of the pokemon Epics now that I've looked for them so I'll be starting a new running segment called the Adventures of Red when I feel motivated to. They'll follow the Epic who calls himself Red, a Mind Controller capable of causing Epics to feel an incredibly strong sense of loyalty to him, thus 'catching' them. He seeks Epics that he finds analogous to pokemon so that he can catch them all.The Adventures of Red (Teaser): Greetings, I have taken the name of Red. I am a collector. I have traveled across the world, searching far and wide. Calamity was a blessing for me, a chance to do as I had always dreamed and catch them all.I was given the ability to 'catch' those with special powers, the ability to train them to become incredibly loyal to me. And I will catch them all. 2

Deduce that the guy claiming he's in it for entertainment and dinosaurs could be not entirely loyal? She's a genius! Anyway, I think I'll wait on that offer until I see how those meetings go. I'm also going to assume you mean her projection walking and not flesh and blood Neverthere walking. (By the way, she's shaping up to become quite popular, isn't she? ) On a more serious note on Nighthound's loyalities: He's unlikely to actually betray Lightwards, not because of loyality mind you but because he doesn't exactly have stakes in the battle. Lightwards is ultimately a weak leader (at least currently) and Nighthound is more willing to compromise on winning this (not that he wants anything but go out of this victorious) than he is to himself bending a knee to a proper leader that would demand respect and all that. Pretty much the same counts for Lucentia. By the way, there'll be an actual Pokemon fighting game. Edited August 28, 2015 by Edgedancer 1

Yes, no matter how much she likes Nighthound she's not walking anywhere with him in her real body if she can help it. (At least, not until she's been sufficiently wooed) I wasn't thinking he'd betray Lightwards, more just that he wouldn't immediately report her for meeting with someone from the Dominion. Pokken? IKR, SO EXCITED! *Squeals*

Voidus Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 When will they release the official What Happened in Oregon fighting game? I have a bunch of software for making games, I could give it a go I guess. 3
Edgedancer he/him Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 That is quite possibly the best clip I've ever seen. I know right? I have a bunch of software for making games, I could give it a go I guess. I doubt we can hire Arc System Works, so I'd be happy for you to take a shoot at it.
Kobold King he/him Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 I have a bunch of software for making games, I could give it a go I guess. Make sure that when you press "Attack" while playing Backtrack, he starts crying and runs to the edge of the arena. (Whoah. Is that really something you could do? I thought you needed a whole corporation for even attempting something like that. ) 1
Voidus Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 Hmm... Well Mrs. Voidus is way better at 3d modelling than I am but I think she's doing some props at the moment so I might have to make it 2d with pony avatars for the characters. 2

Can we call it "My Little Pony: Turf Wars are Magic"? We can indeed. I'm actually pretty excited to try this, might try to start designing it tomorrow when I'm less drugged-out 1

Well, Gen II is still the fan favorite (even though III is definitely better!), so you're not alone in favoring Gen II. As that guy who has all the games (literally every one of them), I personally enjoyed Gen IV, Gen V was garbage, and Gen VI has been a blast and pushed Gen II out of second place in my book. Not that you asked, or anything... Also, they're still releasing ~100 new 'Mons every new generation. They've simply also taken to releasing half-generations now too, which don't usually introduce new 'Mons.

Voidus Posted August 28, 2015 Posted August 28, 2015 That sounds pretty cool. I might need some help with all the pony codes though, I'll have a go at animating movement and such by changing the poses.
