Two things we know:

1. Sazed possesses two shards, and is thus very very powerful.

2. Scadrial and the Shadow for Silence worlds are close to one another

So I was thinking, maybe Sazed's intent(s) stretch to the Shadows world, and thus both peoples might revere him as all powerful, "The God Beyond".

The Beyond part comes from his intent being beyond one Shardworld.

What do you think?

(After all, the God Beyond isn't revered until after Sazed's ascension)

I could see it, but I personally feel that "God Beyond" is likely to refer to some more-nearly absolute diety - more along the lines of a judeo-christian god, all-powerful, more so than any shard or even Adonalsium.

The God beyond is also mentioned in The Emperor's Soul by Shai (i think it was that one) which is about ~30yrs or so after Elantris. Although the timeline hasn't been set out to the nearest year, Elantris i believe is a few thousand years or so before mistborn and AoL

Keep in mind that the WoB saying Scadrial and Threnody are close only imply that on a stellar level; the entire cosmere is within a relatively small cluster of stars. Unless there's a new quote I don't know about, he's never said that they're any closer than any two worlds in the Cosmere.

This is probably a commonly asked question, but where can one find these vast records of WoB

There's a few spots. We've got our own "Events & Signings" section here on the forums, but they're a bit tough to search through. You can read almost all of Brandon's (and a lot of Robert Jordan's - just skip that) stuff here. The rest is a smattering on Reddit, signed books, the epigraphs on brandonsanderson.com, and some on the TWG archives (linked at the top of the forums under Links).
