I get it. I have a complex view on it since I'm an artist as well as a programmer. A well designed AI is art in itself in my opinion. I think that as long as you are honest about your AI being AI and don't try to pass AI art off as real art, then it's okay. That's how I feel anyway, but I'm a programmer.
