Alloy of Law - 2 Questions

I just finished re-reading Alloy of Law and there are two things I was wondering. I've looked and haven't seen these mentioned anywhere.

Spoilers for Alloy of Law obviously.

First, do we know anything about how Marsh got his second eye spike back?

Second, when he's talking to Marasi he says that Wax does his brother's work. What exactly is this referring to? Obviously his brother is Kelsier, but how is Wax doing his work? At first I was thinking that Marsh just knew that Wax was an agent of Harmony and he meant brother more metaphorically.

I don't recall Marsh ever losing his eye Spike, just that Vin bashed it out of place and damaged the eye socket (damage that is mentioned in AoL, I believe). If it was ripped out, there's nothing that would prevent Marsh from shoving a new one in.

Re: "my brother's work", I've always assumed that it meant the spirit of their works/actions.

Ultimately Kelsier's work was to right the huge social injustices of the Final Empire by overthrowing it, seeing justice done for the skaa.

Wax in his way does the same things. Also fighting against his own noble born nature, like Kelsier, to prevent (ultimately) his noble uncle from perpetrating injustices against people, noble or otherwise.

It was ripped out by Vin when she became super Vin after absorbing the mists.  She was about to rip out the second one when she ascended to full godhood.  Later Elend notices that he can see the whole way through Marsh's head.

And I think that it was Sazed that actually bashed it out of place.

Except originally that was Marsh's work. The phrasing just makes me think it means something more specific. Or more direct.

He gave up, and abandoned the Rebellion, then only came back because Kelsier took up the cause. At that point, I think Marsh saw it not as his work, but as Kelsier's.
