Which leads us to the age-old question: is Lucentia attractive enough that Deathwish would enjoy seeing her in a swimsuit, or would her complaining about how tight or objectifying it is be too annoying for even him to bear? :P

I think it's one of those questions without an answer. Kind of like "what is the sound of one hand clapping?" :P

Unrelated, but my family and I started Texas Rising last night. Santa Anna is portrayed in an astonishingly creepy and historically accurate light. To cope with his scenes, I began muttering "And then Santa Anna died" to myself.

Or, "If Deathwish is deliriously hallucinating women and there's no one around to hear him, is he still flirting?" :P

Yikes. I've never seen that show, but I just watched a YouTube video with him. He'd make one sparking good Epic.

If Nighthound is the last living soul on earth, is there still someone chanting for his death? :P

Wouldn't he, though? He's even worse in the show. Though what can you expect from a historical figure who made it a strategy to attack unarmed women and children?

The only flaw in your logic is that Nighthound has no soul.  <_<

A Dementor once administered the Kiss on Nighthound.

Nighthound absorbed it.

Nighthound is what Voldemorts Boggart turns into.

The worldwide fame of the girl who killed far outsrips anything that the boy who lived ever achieved.

Somewhere in Wizarding America, there is a witch or wizard whose Patronus is whoever killed Nighthound.

Nighthound's smirk can destroy Horcruxes--or create them.

When Bellatrix Lestrange sees a boggart, it's Nighthound, shirtless and grinning.

If Nighthound entered the Room of Requirement, it would trap him in a pit of acid.

I ship Umbridge x Nighthound.

Even Umbridge doesn't deserve that.

So Edge, completely unrelated note, how long would it take Shinysparkle to teleport someone to Salem and what would she need in recompense?

I would have to look at a map for precision but it should be a matter of seconds.

Scribbler and Emma promised to distract Vondra so she could have some private time with Autumn?

Talking about that, Kobold, is the whole, Autumn gets a bodyguard plot still a thing?

Nighthound is what Boggarts see when they look at other Boggarts.

Sadly enough, I know that Nighthound really would be the Boggart of at least two characters.

She'll definitely be assigned a constant guard, be it a few well-trusted Guardsmen or an Epic.

Alright, then Edgerunner and Scribbler would need a bit more effort to get the private time, like throwing the actual Dalles/Oregon sexy callender on the ground in front of them. :P

Will we start 12 with the topic of sexy callenders?

Depends. How large of a supply of brain bleach do you have currently? :P

Given that I'm writing Nighthound, I have all the brain bleach I could ever need. ;)

My sink has three faucets. "Hot," "cold," and "brain bleach." :P

Unless, of course, those two WERE her bodyguards.

Comatose and Silver: Comatose, I'm not sure what types of restraints you had in mind, so I intentionally kept it vague for you or Silver to describe in one of your posts. Silver, I didn't have them actively restrain Converter so you have a chance to respond in some manner, should you choose to not have them restrain her immediately.

Ideally, I would love to say that the restraints are chains made of Tungsten with a Carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer coating (after doing some wikipedia searches.  What I'm unsure of is if Rainmaker would have something like this growing in Corvallis.  On one hand, this is a land with epics, so it might make sense to have restraints like this available.  On the other hand, maybe it is too specific to Converter.  If we did go this route, the Tungsten has a melting point of 3410 degress Celsius, so it would give Converter some time to sit while she waits to store up enough heat to melt it (which will take some time, since Rainmaker is going to keep the area around her VERY cold).  The carbon fiber coating would be non conductive, and prevent her from electrocuting anyone who is touching it, and it also provides another heat resistant layer for Converter to work through.

You know what, let's just say the chains are Tungsten, and be done with it.  With resistor there, they should be able to not be electrocuted hopefully, and then we don't run into plausibility problems.

From here, Converter will (hopefully) be trapped, and then someone one (either Phoenix, Iconoclast, or Insight) can release her.  Personally, I think Insight would have the easiest time of it, since he could approach invisible, move through the winds Rainmaker will have blowing outwards all around Converter, and just phase Converter through.  Perhaps he could approach one of the other two and be like.  "I'm going to free Converter, so you can team up with her and cause chaos" since I don't think he necessarily would want to be around Converter once she is free.

Also, you can assume that Rainmaker momentarily weakened the winds in the exact spot where they are moving through, since she wouldn't want to risk them tripping.  Since they had the weights, and would be used to her powers, she wouldn't take them away, but the spot they are entering would be slightly weaker.

Just to be clear, and to set the scene, what I'm picturing now is winds pressing in on all sides in a wide ring around (but not touching) Converter.  Behind Converter, is the remains of one of the hail stones, which Converter was pressed against in her last post.  There's also likely large chunks of ice around Converter.

Does this sound good to you, Silver?

It's not like it would simply be the diamond pillar appearing under it. Lucentia has a fine control of her creations, meaning the pillar would have much more give than normal diamond ever could.

By the way, Timeport?

Didn't you get it just today? :P

Yes, but he's used if a lot in one day.
