Blaze1616 he/him
Hey, I need a little help with the annotaion reference template. I've got a few things that are cited in the warbreaker annotations, but some of them are in the part 2 or part 3 of the given chapter. I know the annotation ref works like this: {{annotation ref|wb|chapter=X}} but that will always link to Part 1. How do I link to part 2 or 3? I've tried: {{annotation ref|wb|chapter=X|part=2}} {{annotation ref|wb|part=2|chapter=X}} {{annotation ref|wb|2|chapter=X}} {{annotation ref|wb|chapter=X|2}} None of those have worked. Thanks for the help.
Meg
Here it is: {{annotation ref|wb|chapter=2-2}} --> Annotation for Warbreaker Chapter 2-2 {{annotation ref|wb|chapter=15-2|text=Warbreaker Chapter Fifteen Part 2}} --> Annotation for Warbreaker Chapter Fifteen Part 2

Meg
You're welcome. I didn't know, too, but I wanted to know. It took time but I figured out how it works. edit: typo Edited February 20, 2015 by Meg

Meg
In such cases the first thing is to try (and err ). Since I get bored if that doesn't work I would look for similarities or if I'm able to see kind of a scheme. This is how Meg works . Thus I'm sorry, I can't provide you with how exactly I did this. Edit and PS: Your post showed how it doesn't work so I hadn't to include those possibilities. And what made it quite more fascinating was the fact that I haven't done something on the wiki for a long time and some of the wiki-commands are replaced (so that making trouble). Joe ST he/him
Ahhh, I'm sorry for not making this more obvious. I'm glad you've both figured it out but I should probably write it in the documentation more obviously huh?
