Hello fellow cosmere nerds. I have been lurking on this site for a few years now. I made an account some time back and finally got around to using it. I have read Elantris, Mistborn, Stormlight Archive, sixth of the dusk, the emperors soul, the wheel of time, and the reckoners.

Not sure if insanity is a strong enough word to describe the goings on around here, my friend.

Welcome to 17th Shard, physicskid. Have an upvote and a totally delicious (and not tainted in any way) muffin.

Welcome! Might I suggest Warbreaker next? So you can complete the Cosmere, and it is free here

thank you for the warm introduction.

I can't believe i didn't mention that I'd read war breaker. the identity of Szeths new friend would be much more confusing without that.

my favorite cosmere novel is WOR.

WoR is good. So out of all the magic systems, do you like Surgebinding the best?

For me, it's Soulstamping and Hemalurgy. I find them absolutely fascinating.

I like physics too.

Hellooooooooooooo!

Welcome to our love'ly forum! Have some upvotes!

Who's your favorite character physicskid?

Thats tricky. its surge binding or feruchemy.

I'd go for Feruchemy. It's the most practical magic system that Brandon's written. Plus I can store the entirety of books in cool armbands. Why wouldn't I want that?

Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure that you'd enjoy the discussion on the physics of iron Feruchemy (if you haven't already read it).

I'm the same, although with the addition of Fabrials, I like the more scientific magic systems.
