My personal pick for Era 1 Scadrial is progressive metal, specifically Recover by Catarinth. It should be noted that I am not asking about which genres should/might be used for scoring film adaptations, but which best capture the feel of the world on the whole. P.S. I am currently reading TLM and have read pretty much everything else except Elantris, Sunlit Man, Tress, Embredark, and White Sand. I would like to avoid any plot spoilers for these.
