The Sleepless ones aren’t much fun honestly. I don’t remember any, and they are in two books, and barely in WaT. Haven’t read that book recently, but they only appeared partway through the book.

I guessed Breeze for number 3 then went to Tindwyl, probably would've been more optimal to go straight for an era two character, since Alloy of Law introduces more new characters than Well of Ascension.

Urgh. Well, lessons learned. 'worldhopper' counts as an invested trait/ability, so Khriss is out if I'm starting with Hoid, and Nikaro apparently puts in Nikliasorm. Also William Ann is William Ann, not Ann from Tress. And maybe I should try out uninvested people earlier.
