Thanks for the welcome. I am not sure what a “Cosmere character” is. If I were an Epic, I would want some sort of illusion/invisibility powers. I am really interested in slight of hand and think it would be cool to just make something “disappear” and reappear at will.

A bunch of Brandon’s books take place in a universe called the Cosmere, only Tress of what you’ve read. You might have caught Hoid narrating making weird references, they’re to the other Cosmere books. Also at the beginning where he says “yes that’s me. What gave it away? Was it the name?” is because Hoid is a character (Usually very minor, tress is an exception) in all of them, and it’s like a game trying to find him.

so... question, do you think you would enjoy living in the cosmere? you said you only read tress, right? so, would you prefer living in that world to this? If you could be reborn in that world with no memory of this one, would you?

I think some parts would be cool, while others I would not enjoy. Living while surrounded by tiny parasitic things that could kill me sounds cool in theory, but I don’t think it would be very cool when you see your friends and family dragged down into the depths. I probably wouldn’t be reborn just because I would have no food, no money, and basically no way of surviving.

and what if you could split yourself in two so you watched over yourself and influenced your life positively- or created a clone to do that?

Or what if you were guaranteed to not die until a certain age (say, 60, 70, 80, idk). If, say, 60, you could still live till 67 (), you just aren't be "protected" after 60. The only catch is, the moment you realize you essentially have plot armour/won't die, you lose it and now can die.

Idk what this is lol at this point I'm just saying random stuff
