I load coder into a giant gun and fire him back to the beginning of his course.

Which has been turned into lava and cobwebs via me using the C.O.O.L.G.U.N.,

Using the new anti-law of thermodynamics, all matter must be both created and destroyed, but may not be neither.

I then use that law on laws, and so a new law appears, the rule being that all players must attempt to end the game at all times, either their own win or another’s.

I pretend to understand that statement, and in doing so, I level up.

Rules are now completely banned

I shout "I win!" and make a rule that the first person to shout that wins.

I make a rule that rules are bogus and It doesn't matter. Then I make a rule that any Rule that is in effect must be referred to with a capital "R".

Yup! Thats it. Every rule is made up mid game, and we encourage chaos! Not Chaos though, he’s scary (Chaos if you somehow read this please don’t ban me). 

If someone somehow wins, that’s great! We start again, and make up new rules for a totally new game.

Also, general Shard rules, don’t double post, be nice, make the game fun.

I make a Rule that makes me win more than Coder.

I cast "harden and increase density." The plutonium reaches critical mass and explodes, destroying everything in the vicinity. I make a Rule that if you cause mass devastation at the original playing field you win.
