"Ummm... well that happened. And thanks! Star isn't the strongest, you know, so we've been working on some more tricky plays so that she doesn't get killed in battle. You guys did really well! I thought you had us there for a minute!"

West chuckles to himself. "And here I was thinking Ketek wasn't practicing. But he was too aggressive this time. I tried to tell him to calm down!"

"Star was too, and I tried to tell her to calm down too! I mean, come on, it was in the rules. 'Don't hurt anyone'. That was the only reason, definitely..." She seemed kind of awkward. "Do you, uh, want to go do something else?"

"S-Sure! What do you have in mind?" Westward stammers, seeming to blush again.

"Uh, maybe we could go like hiking or something. Oh wait, no, I think that there is a zip line! Do you want to go do that?" Coil seemed to blush as well, trembling a slight bit.

"Cool! Lets go then!" Coil started off towards it. 

Uhhhh the vision changed to have a zip line. Why would it do that?!

West walks up to the platform and gets on. "Umm... any clue where this gets off at?" He looks far ahead but can't see an ending platform.

[Stardust She/Her]

"No clue!" Coil says, getting on as well. "But we should be fine, right? I mean we're spren." 

[Keteᛕ He/Him/His]

"Sure..." West prepares to jump off the platform.

[Stardust She/Her]

In a moment of impulse, Coil grabs West's hand and jumps off the platform.

He cranes his neck. "Umm... It's really dark down there..." He begins subconsciously glowing like a nightlight. 

 

Texture and Healing-without-Medicine look confusedly at Aesthetic, who informs them of what is happening.

Texture gasps. "I did... not see this coming from West."

HwM smirks. "Aw, I'm so proud of our West. Finally getting to know someone!"

And it's great!" They walk over to Texture and Healing-without-Medicine. "How's it going?" Flicker greets them.

Coil looks back at him, her grip tightening on his hand. She isn't even paying attention to most of the scenery at this point. 

"Yes it isssssssss!!!!" Flicker says brightly. "We did soooo good." She turns and offers Aesthetic a high-five.

Aesthetic reciprocates the gesture and whispers, "Did you put in the zip line? I didn't."

Westward realizes he's glowing and tries to squash down the warm feeling he has, but he hesitates as he looks at Coil.

Flicker shook her head- or so it looked. It was hard to tell with her pattern changing like it did. "I didn't. It's like the vision itself is trying to help us. Guess that means we were right to set them up!" 

[Keteᛕ He/Him/His]

"Better not question good things, I guess... hey, did you see how Ketek and Star both noticed what was happening?"

[Stardust She/Her]

"Yeah. Apparently Coil was acting all peaceful. I guess that's why they ended in a draw."

Westward forces himself to look ahead again and almost falls off as a wall rapidly approaches.

"LOOK OUT!!!" He screams, and grabs Coil and shields her as they slam into the rock.

Coil screams, burying her head in West's shoulder as they slammed into the wall of rock. Pain flared up her wrist as they hit hard, and she began to tremble again. "What? What just happened?" She starts to sob, her voice catching. "I never should have suggested we go on this. I'm sorry!" Their line connecting them to the zipline began to sway, clearly about to break.

West grumbles in pain. "Stormingstormingstorms that hurt!" he winced, but shook himself. "Storms, Coil, are you ok?"

[Stardust She/Her]

Coil winces, shaking. "I..." Her voice breaks down into sobs. "Yeah," she says after regaining some of her composure. "I'm okay. Thanks to you. I'm so sorry I suggested this. I'm sorry, West." 

Just then, the rope attaching them to the zipline snaps, and they begin plummeting to the ground.

"Ask Star to summon you!"

Ketek!

I-huh?

Ketek I need you to summon me right now!

West- I-

Why? What's going on? Are you and West okay?

Just do it!
Star extended her hand to the side and summoned Coil as a Shardblade. Then, she dismissed it, and Coil landed on the ground beside her. 

"Coil!" Star cried. "Are you okay?" The spren was clutching her wrist, and was shaking horribly. 

"I-" Coil said, then seemed to jolt awake. "WEST!"
