Indeed, it fits all the clues!

-short for something- often short for Andrea and whatnot

-easily spelled wrong- Anna!

-uncommon- While it feels normal and not that weird, like she said, I don’t know very many Anna’s. And I only know of one fictional Ana.

(admittedly, the only Anna I can call to mind is Frozen, but it vaguely sounds like one of my siblings classmates was named that)

-we got really close at one point- Eliana and Lana!
