If you removed the worldbuilding from Emerald of the Shattered Skies the story wouldn't function. And it's impossible to miss the worldbuilding. And Worldbuilding Docs are created alongside a story! Okay... I didn't explain that well. So, what happens with me is that I come up with the idea of the story first- the characters come and whatnot. Then I start world building. The world is definitely important to the story- I just don't often make it far in the stories, because I get sidetracked lol. Plus most of my stuff is saved on backup doc upon backup doc, so I'm not really worried about you burning it.
