Lift lifelight sphere conversion

As I was once again pondering on the preposterousness of someone with Lifts boon and bendalloy feruchemy (with or without compounding) I wondered how much investiture she actually gets from a meal. 

If I remember correctly it took a single roll to give her enough lifelight to bring that boy back from freshly being killed. I assume that was at the 3rd ideal or so?  

But how much lifelight do you suppose that 100 calorie or so dinner roll gave her to perform that feat in terms of spheres. 

If a single bendalloy ring were able to hold days, weeks, or even months of calories how many spheres worth of light do you suppose that could hold for someone with her boon? 

I welcome any and all spoilers. I haven't read all of SA but please spoil whatever you need to to make your case for a theoretical sphere > calories ratio.

I do not think we have enough information to make this deduction. Notably missing, we have not seen how much light an Edgedancer besides Lift would need to inhale to get the same effect she demonstrated. We do not even know how much light the fabrial that Nale used on Szeth consumed to complete a similar effect. I did not find a WoB on the subject either. We're actually calculating this right now, so I'm gonna RAFO you for now. But it's a RAFO along the lines of, "I've actually hired somebody." I need to have actual joules measurement for what the things can do, because we're ramming together more and more. So, we kinda have to look at, how much does it cost to boil a milliliter of water, how much does it cost when we're lifting people, and then we're gonna have to apply that across the magic systems, and it's gonna be a big pain. But once we've done it, then we'll be able to answer that, all right?
