Through the Living Hope Posted January 14 Posted January 14 (edited) The summer before I started middle school, the teacher at my daycare narrated a story with magic based on AtLA (that I now realize was very DnD styled). I want to revisit this story, but at the same time, I want to create a new one. Youâll start with no magic; youâll get it later on. The six types of magic are Water, Earth, Life, Fire, Air, and Death. After creating a character, you may request one of these in a PM with me and Iâll work it in to what we do. (Disclaimer: The four basic elements work like bending in AtLA. Life and Death, however, work differently, as without regulation they could be extremely overpowered. Those with Life magic can give up part of their own life force to heal something, however they will be drained afterwards. Those with Death magic can kill crowds if they lose control of themselves. It is best to use Life and Death together with your counterpart; for example, if a party member falls in combat, Death can remove the death from that person, and Life can remove the life from a tree, and then they can place the L/D energy into the other creature. While they have neither energy, both will be gray. Afterwards, the person would be recovered but exhausted, and the tree will wither into ash. These two powers are first come first serve - I will only do one of each.) Characters will be humans based in reality exploring a fantasy world. But she is a bit rude and can't hold her tongue Strengths: Very affluent with academic and logical reasoning. Weaknesses: Can't hold her tongue, is often clueless socially Main character flaw: Gets annoyed and snappish when she's wrong.

He is very excited about being independent. When he was smaller, he got dangerously close to killing himself, but stopped himself. He is commonly seen as the popular kid, although he doesnât see any of the people who consider him a friend as real friends. Strengths: He will be relentless in trying to make you his friend, and is very intelligent. He is fairly strong. Weaknesses: is secretly very emotional, and has very weak mental strength. Main character flaw: He has an almost constantly unstable mental state, even if he doesnât know it himself. Â

Keke They/he Posted January 15 Posted January 15 (edited) I AM HERE Spoiler Name: Melian Age: 35 Country/Region/State/Province of origin: New Zealand Gender: bio male Personality: hes a grumpy alcoholic who tries to push people away and is kinda like ur mentor who hates life but is smart when needed. Strengths:he is good with a lot of martial arts and he used to be a special forces pilot in the airforce. Slight of hand! Weaknesses: using modern technology, he has a permanent shoulder injury on his right shoulder. Main character flaw: he wont let people get close and he will push everyone away cause people who Get close die. Argenti he/him Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Spoiler Name: Alex Age: 19 Country/Region/State/Province of origin: Boston Mass, US Gender: Gender Fluid Personality: Alex is a rather rambunctious young fellow, who likes to take things as they come without worrying to far ahead. Strengths: Go with the flow, can do attitude. Doesn't really let things get to her. If there's nothing to be done about it, why bother worrying about it? Weaknesses: His lack of concern does some strife, as they're sometime unable really lock in or bring himself to care. Main character flaw: Alex struggles with attachments to people, places, or things. It's all temporary. Â

Strengths: Science, philosophy, math Weaknesses: People/people skills :3 Main character flaw: Can't stay focused on her current task for more than a moment. Keeps getting distracted, even in the most urgent of instances. Also doesn't really see the problem in causing harm to people who try to cause harm to her. Curious, can the life power like, heal people?
