Could a nicroburst, spiked for duralumin, provide an insane amount of power enhancement? If so, could a duralumin nicroburst of a duralumin nicroburst of … ad infinitum … an MoI be an absolutely gigantic burst of power?

I don't think it would be terribly powerful. 

It's a good idea, but as I understand it duralumin and nicrosil really work by using up more of your available Investiture to enhance the standard effect. You don't get extra Investiture from nowhere.

In other words, unless there's a new, unknown effect produced by super-Flaring nicrosil via duralumin, the Allomancer the Nicroburst enhances will get exactly the same effect as normal, assuming they have the same amount of metal in their stomach as they would normally hold. It might be useful on an Allomancer with a lot of metal, but otherwise I don't think it does much.

I think that would negate any use it would have at all.

A regular Duralumin/Nicrosil burst uses up all your power in seconds, supercharging it even further would further compress the power, yes, but would make it be used up so quick that you probably wouldn't even notice it before it was gone.
