So I was thinking

What sort of bond does Living Shardplate have with its radiant?

It has some mental connection with the wearer, and it was hurt, albeit less severely, by the Recreance

So does it mesh with the Spiritweb, or does it do something else? Is it like, Spiritweb adjacent?

dunno

but curious

It appears to be a type of Nahel Bond, or at least adjacent to the Nahel Bond the Radiant already has. We saw the windspren that would eventually become Kaladin's plate respond to his Commands as early as Oathbringer Part 1 (When the windspren shielded the fleeing prisoners from the highstorm winds) - so we know that Radiants begin attracting Plate sprean at least by the Third Oath (Also likely why Nomad has both Windpren and Flamespren in his Shardplate).

Unfortunately we don't have a definitive answer yet. The only non-RAFO WoB I could find on this is:

Spoiler

KiManiak

So, for Shardplate, when Kaladin killed the Shardbearer, which we know is Helaran, in Way of Kings, Amaram remarked that Amaram knew the Shardbearer was dead both because the Shardblade didn't disapper and also because the Shardplate began to fall off of him. And so my question is, is there some type of "lesser" bond between Shardplate and its wearer, like is it in sync with the wearer's lifeforce or--

Brandon Sanderson

Yes.

But that was also dead plate, not living plate - so it's still a partial answer.

Hope that helps
