It's basically a game you do on the first of each month when you go up to someone and say "pinch punch first day of month", sometimes also tapping their arm while you say it. Whoever does it first to the other person "wins", so if you do it in a group it starts a flurry of everyone trying to do it to each other first. Lots of people forget until someone else does it!
