As someone with a Windrunner cosplay, either brown or black for natural colors and for unnatural, a blue or white/bright blonde

Ok pro dm tip it works every time: get a box with a thin bottom or a cookie tin, and a metal d20. Whenever you want the to shut up roll that d20 on that surface and after looking at it make steady, certain eye contact with one player, preferably the loudest. 

I have never seen a room of grown men shut the f up so fast in my life. I made a man a full 30 years older than me and foot taller quail and stop making any sound. It works.

So from this input I'm thinking Navy, but with highlights of that more temporary glow-in-the-dark neon blue; it looks like either dark blue or normal hair in the light and glows neon in the dark.

Personally I think the current title is good, cause it is meant to be conversation focused on you (cause there are other threads for other things) and the current title including the smiley faces is really inviting and friendly.
